Extra confirmation that previews for Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep will be going up this Tuesday, May 28th. Some images have been leaking around the internet, but in poor quality. You can expect the hi-res, official ones with the previews as they go up. Stay tuned!
Just to let y’all know that previews for the fourth DLC, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep, will be going live on various mainstream games websites next Tuesday (if info from earlier in month is still accurate). I’d imagine we’ll be seeing the first official screenshots too, alongside many details.
Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep is still scheduled for release on June 25th for $9.99/800MSP, and it’s part of the season pass.
Gearbox have announced that another Gear Up Weekend will take place on Borderlands 2 between May 10th and May 13th, in preparation for the release of Krieg the Psycho on May 14th.
There will be increased drops for Bandit gear during this time period, as well as increased populations of Badass Psychos in Lynchwood, Thousand Cuts and Eridium Blight. Gearbox will also be streaming gameplay of Krieg this coming Monday. You must be connected to the internet for these changes to occur in-game.
After hacking into the ECHO feed, a Twitter account used by Gearbox to promote upcoming content for Borderlands 2, Krieg the Psycho himself announced that the DLC class will be released on 14th May.
The new character will cost $9.99/800 Microsoft Points. He can do all sorts; from toss dynamite in fight for your life mode, to throwing an axe at enemies and going berserk as his action skill.
Recent updates to the game have seen class mods for the Psycho class appear in the game, but of course these can’t be used until the character is out.
Who will be tackling Borderlands 2 once more as Krieg?
REMINDER: Krieg is not part of the game’s season pass.
Gearbox have confirmed that the fourth expansion for Borderlands 2, Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep, will release on June 25th for 800MSP/$9.99.
The recently leaked expansion is included in the game’s season pass as the fourth and final planned DLC. Previews will go live for the game towards the end of the month (Polygon’s goes live on May 28).
UPDATE: “Players will take control of the original four Vault Hunters from the first Borderlands in a Dungeons and Dragons-style tabletop quest, curated by Tina herself.”
